Go to your mobile settings.
Choose accounts tab.
Select add account
Choose Google.
Enter your full company email address and your password.
Make sure sync option is enabled.
Go to Apple App Store.
Download Gmail App
Then open Gmail App and choose Sign in.
Allow access.
Enter your full company email address and your password.
If you want to sync your contacts in your Apple device please follow below steps:
Open Apple device settings
Choose accounts and passwords.
Choose add account.
Choose Google.
Allow access
Enter your full company email address and your password.
Turn off sync for all except contacts
Click Done.
